i'm new here

Often times visiting a new church can be stressful.  Here at Karmel we want you to feel welcome!  It's our hope that people who visit our church or interact with our people walk away feeling like a welcome part of our church family and are encouraged, refreshed, and drawn closer to God.

  • what do children do during the sermon?

Kids are always welcome to participate in worship on Sunday mornings. But as an alternative, children ages Kindergarten - 3rd grade can attend our Children's Church which is available immediately following the "Songs of Praise" portion of our service.

Early Childhood is available for children Ages 2 - Pre-K

Nursery is available for children Ages Infant - 2 years

    Mothering Room available near restrooms

Anyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior may take communion. We leave it up to the parents to determine when it is appropriate for their children to participate.

  • what are the black books for?

There are small black books located in each aisle for tracking church attendance.  Please be sure to write down your name(s) and other information so that we may follow up with you after your visit and answer any additional questions you may have.
