Student Participation Form: Certain events (typically off-site events and retreats) require a participation form in order for a student to participate. This form covers all Karmel youth ministry events for the year and only needs to be filled out once a year (the form expires every August 31st).

We recognize that teenagers today face so many challenges and difficulties in our world. Our goal is to provide a safe place to belong for our teenagers as they navigate the junior & senior high years. Together we strive to learn how a real relationship with Jesus makes all the difference in the world.

Our desire is to see teens grow in maturity as disciples of Jesus, form meaningful peer and adult relationships, and enter the adult world with a firm foundation - spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
