At Karmel Covenant Church, part of fulfilling our mission is to serve others. We seek to look beyond the walls of our building and get into our community to make a difference for Jesus' sake. There are opportunities for everyone of all ages and abilities to get involved as we make a difference for those in our backyards and beyond.
Alcoholics anonymous
AA meets weekly on Thursdays at 7 PM here at Karmel Covenant Church. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to support each other on the road to sobriety. It doesn’t cost anything to attend and is open to anyone who wants to do something about their
drinking problem. Please use the south entrance on County Road 6 NW. Questions? Call 763-639-4265.
BARREL MINISTRY
A new local need is featured each month! Check out weekly bulletin or monthly newsletter for the Barrel Ministry of the month. Donations are accepted in the barrel outside the Sunday School Office.
GARDEN GIVERS
Get your hands dirty (literally) in our football-field sized garden! Each season, we are looking for volunteers to plant, weed, harvest, and deliver produce to our local food shelves. Check the church calendar for weekly weeding dates & times! Contact Steve 612-636-1660 for more information.
karmel apple fest
Karmel Apple Fest is dedicated to our neighboring communities and provides free fun and activities for the whole family. Karmel Apple Fest is held in the beginning of October.
simply christmas
Each December, we invite our community and neighbors to slow down and enjoy the simplicity of the true meaning of Christmas with a live nativity, Christmas carols, and the Biblical story of Christmas from the Gospel of Luke. Simply Christmas is held each year on December 23rd from 7-7:30 PM. An event not to be missed!
panama missions 2023
From August 4-14, 2023, a team of nineteen from Karmel Covenant Church went to Panama. There, they joined the church "Casa de Pan" (House of Bread) for ten days of ministry in the community and in the church. Located in Pacora, Panama (a suburb of Panama City), Casa de Pan is actively ministering to its community in the name of Jesus.
